Terms & Conditions

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed through 100buckslogo.com for the custom logo design service offered under the name “100 Bucks Logo.”

The service is operated by Foveah LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States.

New Mexico Entity ID: 0008093820
Registered mailing address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States
Contact email: bastien@100buckslogo.com

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Foveah LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing the order.

Before paying, please read these Terms and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Nothing in these documents excludes or restricts any consumer right, guarantee, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our logo design service

100 Bucks Logo offers one custom logo concept for a fixed price of US$100.

The standard package includes:

  • One logo concept created by a human designer using your submitted brief.

  • The editable Adobe Illustrator project file.

  • SVG and PNG exports.

  • Four versions of the same logo: the standalone icon, a dark version, a light version, and a full-color version on its background.

  • The intellectual property rights described in Section 9.

These four versions are variations of one concept. They are not four separate creative proposals.

The package does not include multiple initial concepts, unlimited revisions, brand strategy, naming, a full brand guidelines document, website design, or trademark searches and registration services.

Our logo artwork is created by a human designer rather than supplied as an AI-generated logo or an unchanged stock-logo template.

Examples displayed on the website illustrate our work and style. They do not mean that your logo will reproduce a particular example.

3. Who may order

You may order for a business, organization, or personal project.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you order for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it and identify the intended owner of the final logo accurately.

The rights that apply to an order may depend on whether you are acting as a consumer or for business purposes. Ordering through a company name does not, by itself, remove rights that applicable law gives you.

4. Your brief and supplied materials

Before payment, you must complete the project brief through our Tally form.

Please provide accurate information, including:

  • The exact name to appear in the logo.

  • What your business or project does.

  • Your intended audience.

  • Your preferred visual direction.

  • Any explicit requirements or restrictions.

  • The correct email address for delivery.

  • Any reference material you want us to consider.

You are responsible for checking the spelling and accuracy of information you submit.

References help communicate a direction. They do not authorize us to copy another designer’s work or infringe someone else’s rights.

You confirm that you have the necessary permission to provide and authorize our use of any uploaded images, existing logos, text, or other materials. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to carry out your order and deal with related support or legal obligations.

We may ask for clarification if instructions are incomplete, contradictory, technically impractical, or raise concerns about third-party rights.

A clarification request does not automatically restart the delivery clock. Any change to the agreed deadline must be expressly agreed with you.

We may decline an unlawful or unsuitable project. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the payment for the service we cannot provide.

5. Price, taxes, and payment

The total price of the standard package is US$100, payable in full through Stripe.

Any taxes that we are required to collect on the standard package are included in that amount. We do not add a mandatory design fee, processing fee, or delivery charge at checkout.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or international transaction fee. Those charges are outside our control and are not additional fees charged by Foveah LLC.

Submitting a brief without a successful payment does not create a paid order.

Your order is confirmed when Stripe records the payment as successfully completed. A pending, failed, or merely authorized payment does not count as a completed payment.

For timing purposes, we use Stripe’s successful-payment timestamp, not the later date on which Stripe transfers funds to our bank account.

We will provide confirmation of your order and the applicable terms in a form you can retain.

6. Starting work and the delivery deadline

The standard delivery deadline is 24 consecutive hours after successful payment through Stripe, including weekends and public holidays.

For example, a payment completed at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday has a standard delivery deadline of 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, measured as 24 elapsed hours.

We begin work promptly after payment. Where applicable law requires a separate request for work to begin during a cancellation period, we obtain that request before starting.

Accepting these Terms or making a payment does not, by itself, waive a statutory cancellation right.

We may propose a different delivery deadline if necessary. A replacement deadline is effective only if you expressly agree to it. Your silence does not constitute agreement.

If you accept an extension, the agreed total price remains US$100 unless you separately purchase

7. How delivery works

We deliver electronically to the email address supplied with your order, either as attachments or through a working download link.

Delivery means that we have sent the complete agreed package to that address and made the files available for access. Sending a preview, a screenshot, or an incomplete set of files does not constitute delivery of the complete package.

You do not have to open every file for an otherwise successful delivery to occur. However, a failed delivery, inaccessible link, or materially unusable file is not treated as successful delivery merely because we attempted to send an email.

Please check your spam or junk folder and contact us promptly if you cannot access your files.

You should download and retain your own copies. The service does not include indefinite cloud storage or permanent access to a download link. This does not affect our responsibility to supply usable files or provide any remedy required by law.

8. Revisions and corrections

No creative revision rounds are included

The standard US$100 package includes one creative proposal and no included creative revision rounds.

We use professional judgment to interpret your brief. A preference for a different creative direction does not necessarily mean the delivered logo fails to meet the agreed brief.

Optional additional revisions

We may agree to provide an additional revision round for US$50.

A revision round means one consolidated set of agreed feedback on the existing concept. It does not automatically include a new concept, a different business name, or a complete redesign.

Additional revisions are subject to our agreement and availability. Before you pay, we will confirm the scope, total price, and delivery time.

You are not required to purchase additional revisions.

Errors and failure to meet the agreement

A correction required because we supplied a defective file, introduced an error, or failed to meet an agreed requirement is distinct from an optional creative revision.

We will assess such issues and provide the correction or other remedy required by the contract and applicable law, without charging you for a remedy to which you are legally entitled.

The “no revisions included” policy does not override those obligations.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Rights in the final logo

Upon full payment and delivery, we transfer to the customer identified in the order the transferable copyright and other transferable intellectual property rights that we own in the original final logo artwork created specifically for that order.

The transfer is exclusive, worldwide, and for the full duration of those rights, including extensions where legally transferable.

It includes the right to:

  • Use the logo for commercial and personal purposes.

  • Reproduce, publish, display, and distribute it.

  • Use it on websites, social media, packaging, advertising, merchandise, and printed materials.

  • Modify, adapt, resize, recolor, and combine it with other material.

  • License or transfer the acquired rights.

  • Apply to register the logo as a trademark, subject to the applicable registration requirements.

No additional royalty is payable to Foveah LLC for exercising the transferred rights.

We will provide a written assignment signed by an authorized representative identifying the final artwork and the customer. We are responsible for securing the rights necessary to make the transfer we promise.

The transfer applies to rights that legally exist and can be transferred. It does not create copyright protection where the law does not recognize it, or transfer rights that are legally non-transferable.

Materials outside the transfer

The transfer does not include ownership of:

  • Adobe Illustrator or other software used to create or edit the files.

  • Third-party font software or other independently licensed tools.

  • Materials you already own or supplied to us.

  • Unselected drafts or working materials that are not included in the final deliverables.

Any third-party font software remains subject to its license. If editable text requires a separate font license, we will explain that requirement. We will not describe a third-party font license as ownership of the font itself.

Any third-party licensing condition necessary to use the delivered logo as agreed must be disclosed before you commit to it. We will not introduce an undisclosed mandatory license charge after your purchase.

Trademark availability

The service does not include a legal search for similar trademarks, registered designs, company names, or existing logos.

We do not guarantee that a trademark office will accept an application or that no similar visual element exists anywhere in the world.

These limitations do not excuse copying or remove our obligation to provide the rights promised in this section.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of the agreement.

The standard package does not include a discretionary change-of-mind cancellation or satisfaction-based refund.

Our additional commercial late-delivery refund option is available when the applicable delivery deadline has passed and your refund request reaches us before delivery of the complete package. The detailed conditions and examples are set out in the Refund Policy.

A refund request received while that option is available is not defeated by our delivering files after the request.

The end of the commercial refund option does not remove statutory cancellation rights, remedies for breach of contract, or rights relating to defective or non-conforming work.

11. Project files and confidentiality

We use your brief and uploaded materials to perform your order and handle related support.

Our handling and deletion of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Because project material may be deleted after delivery, you should retain the final files and your own copy of the brief. If you later request additional work, we may need you to provide those materials again.

Deleting our working copies does not cancel the ownership rights transferred to you or remove our legal obligations.

These Terms do not grant us a general permission to use your confidential brief or personal information in advertising.

12. Service standards and limitations

We will perform the service with the care and skill required by applicable law and in accordance with the agreed scope.

We do not guarantee a particular increase in sales, audience growth, business valuation, search ranking, or commercial success resulting from use of the logo.

You are responsible for how you use the logo, including any statements, products, or activities with which you associate it.

We are not responsible for an error introduced solely by a later modification made by you or another provider. This does not affect responsibility for a defect already present in our delivered work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for our own failure to provide the agreed service.

13. Complaints

Please send complaints to bastien@100buckslogo.com, including enough information to identify the order and understand the issue.

We will review the information, ask for relevant clarification if necessary, and respond without undue delay.

Contacting us is intended to help resolve the problem. It does not prevent you from exercising an applicable right to contact your payment provider, a regulator, a dispute resolution body, or a court.

14. Governing law and mandatory protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory law that takes priority.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to bring a claim exclusively in New Mexico where applicable law permits you to bring it elsewhere.

The courts or dispute resolution bodies with jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders.

The version presented when you place your order applies to that order. A later website update does not retrospectively reduce an existing delivery promise, refund entitlement, or ownership right.

Any change to an existing order must be expressly agreed or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue where they can operate lawfully.
