100BucksLogo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Foveah LLC handles personal information when you visit 100buckslogo.com, submit a logo brief, purchase a design service, or contact us.

It describes the current service using WordPress, OVHcloud, Tally, and Stripe.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

100 Bucks Logo is operated by Foveah LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, United States.

New Mexico Entity ID: 0008093820
Registered mailing address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States
Privacy contact: bastien@100buckslogo.com

Foveah LLC determines how customer information is used to provide the logo design service.

Some service providers, including payment providers, also process information for their own legal, security, and operational purposes under their own privacy notices.

2. Information you provide

Project briefs

When you complete our Tally form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Your name.

  • Your email address.

  • Your company or project name.

  • Your website address.

  • A description of your business, audience, and design requirements.

  • Your visual preferences.

  • Uploaded logos, reference images, and other project materials.

  • Your acceptance of the order terms.

  • Any applicable request to begin work during a cancellation period.

A business name or logo is not always personal information, but it may be where it identifies an individual.

Please avoid including passwords, identity documents, full payment card details, sensitive personal information, or unnecessary information about other people in your brief.

Orders and payments

We may receive information necessary to identify and administer your payment, including:

  • Your name and email address.

  • Billing information supplied during checkout.

  • The amount, currency, date, and status of the payment.

  • A payment or transaction reference.

  • Limited payment-method information made available by Stripe.

  • Refund or payment-dispute information.

Payment card details are collected through Stripe’s payment services. Our standard checkout does not require you to send full card details or a security code to Foveah LLC by email or through the design brief.

Communications

If you contact us, we receive your contact details, the content of your message, and any attached files.

This includes requests for assistance, corrections, additional work, refunds, or the exercise of privacy rights.

3. Technical information

Our website hosting and embedded service providers may process technical information necessary to operate and protect their services.

This may include:

  • IP addresses.

  • Browser and device information.

  • Dates and times of requests.

  • Requested pages or resources.

  • Error and security logs.

  • Technical identifiers associated with a form or checkout session.

The information collected depends on the service used and its configuration.

Technical processing by an embedded form or payment service may occur when that service loads, before you complete a submission or payment.

4. Why we use personal information

We use information as necessary to:

  • Receive and understand your brief.

  • Identify your order and payment.

  • Create and deliver the agreed logo.

  • Communicate about the project.

  • Handle corrections, additional work, complaints, and refunds.

  • Document the transfer of rights in the final artwork.

  • Prevent fraud and protect the website and payment process.

  • Keep records required for accounting, tax, contractual, or legal purposes.

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

  • Respond to privacy requests.

We do not need your entire project brief for every one of these purposes. We aim to limit the information used and retained to what each purpose reasonably requires.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity:

  • Contract performance or steps requested before a contract: receiving a brief, processing an order, creating the logo, and delivering the files.

  • Legal obligations: maintaining required records or responding to binding legal requests.

  • Legitimate interests: proportionate security measures, fraud prevention, administration, and the handling of disputes, balanced against your rights.

  • Consent: activities for which consent is required, such as certain optional cookies or marketing communications if introduced.

We do not treat acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy as blanket consent for unrelated uses of your information.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it was withdrawn.

6. Service providers

Tally

We use Tally to collect and store project briefs and uploaded reference materials.

Foveah LLC determines the purposes for which those submissions are collected. Tally processes submission data on our behalf under its applicable service and data processing terms.

See Tally’s Privacy Policy.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments and refunds.

Stripe may process information on our behalf and, for certain activities, for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention, payment security, and legal compliance.

See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

OVHcloud and WordPress

Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted through OVHcloud.

Hosting involves processing the information and technical logs necessary to serve, maintain, and secure the website. Using WordPress software does not, by itself, mean that every customer brief is stored by WordPress or sent to a separate WordPress service.

Communication and professional support

Information may also be handled by the communication services used to exchange project emails and deliver files, and by professional advisers where necessary for accounting, legal compliance, or a dispute.

Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant task.

We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

7. Retention and deletion of project information

Briefs and reference uploads

After the final files have been sent, we remove the project brief and reference uploads from our active project workflow as part of closing the order.

We may temporarily retain relevant material where necessary to complete an open correction, carry out separately agreed additional work, resolve a complaint, or preserve evidence reasonably needed for a legal claim.

Such an exception is limited to the material and period reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Deletion is a project-closing procedure. This policy does not state that sending the delivery email automatically erases every copy across all services.

Tally’s deletion stages

Deleting a Tally submission moves it to Tally’s Trash. According to Tally’s current retention process, deleted items may remain recoverable there for up to 90 days unless permanently deleted earlier.

Consequently, removal from our active submissions and permanent removal from the provider’s systems may occur at different times.

Working copies and delivered files

Project information may also exist in working files, downloaded references, or email correspondence. Relevant copies must be handled as part of the same project-closing procedure, subject to the limited exceptions described here.

The design service does not include permanent archiving of your final files. Please download and keep your own copies.

Deletion by Foveah LLC does not delete files already received and stored by you.

Records retained separately

Deleting the creative brief does not require deletion of every record of the transaction.

We retain limited information where necessary for:

  • Accounting and tax recordkeeping.

  • Payment reconciliation and refunds.

  • Evidence of the order terms and any legally relevant consent.

  • Confirmation of delivery and the transfer of rights.

  • The handling of existing or reasonably anticipated disputes.

The retention period depends on the applicable recordkeeping requirements, relevant claim periods, and whether a matter remains unresolved.

We do not use these exceptions as a reason to keep all project material indefinitely.

Uncompleted orders and enquiries

If no paid order results from a brief or enquiry, there may be no delivery event to trigger project closure.

We retain that information only while reasonably needed to handle the request or an associated issue, then remove it when it is no longer necessary.

You may contact us to request deletion, subject to any lawful reason for retaining limited records.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its embedded services may use cookies, local storage, or comparable technologies necessary for functionality, security, form operation, or payment processing.

Not all technologies used by a form or payment provider are controlled directly by Foveah LLC. Their privacy and cookie notices provide further information.

Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, it must not be activated before the required consent is obtained.

You may manage cookies through your browser. Blocking certain technologies may prevent the form or checkout from working correctly.

9. Advertising and newsletters

We do not currently operate a marketing newsletter or use the Meta Pixel as part of the service described in this policy.

Submitting a brief or purchasing a logo does not automatically subscribe you to future marketing communications.

Before introducing a newsletter, advertising pixel, or a new tracking service, we will update the relevant privacy information and obtain any consent or provide any choice required by applicable law.

If a newsletter is introduced, its subscription process will explain how to unsubscribe.

This section is not advance consent to future advertising or tracking.

10. International processing

Foveah LLC is organized in the United States. Our service providers and authorized personnel may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries in which they operate.

Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we must use an appropriate legal mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to the processing of your information.

The location of the LLC’s registration does not mean that every file is stored or accessed exclusively in the United States.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law applicable to the processing, you may have rights to:

  • Obtain information about how your personal information is used.

  • Access your personal information.

  • Correct inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion.

  • Restrict certain processing.

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

  • Receive certain information in a portable format.

  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

  • Complain to an appropriate data protection authority.

These rights may be subject to conditions or exceptions. For example, a deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of a record we are legally obliged to keep.

To make a request, email bastien@100buckslogo.com.

Please identify the email address used for the order and explain your request. We may seek proportionate information to verify your identity, but you should not send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful refusal or limitation.

12. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved to limit unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

If you suspect that information relating to your order has been compromised, contact bastien@100buckslogo.com promptly.

Do not send payment card details, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

13. Children

he service is intended for people with the legal capacity to place an order and is not directed at children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without the necessary authorization, contact us so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our service, providers, processing activities, or legal obligations change.

The date at the top identifies the latest revision.

A policy update does not, by itself, authorize a new use of existing information where applicable law requires a separate notice, consent, or another legal basis.
